Product return and maintenance application

For all products produced and sold by our company, according to the warranty terms and during the warranty period, we will be responsible for assisting in free repair, updating, or replacement services due to material defects or functional damage under normal use. Antii International’s RMA online system provides partners and customers with easy-to-use and real-time RMA services. It can help you quickly obtain the latest repair status, track cargo information, and obtain test reports.

RMA application process

1. Propose requirements
Click on the CHIPMARK application field to fill in complete information about the product, including model name, serial number, and description of the defect cause. Your application will be immediately sent to our company for processing.
2. Reply RMA number
After receiving your request, the company will reply to the filing notice via email and provide a set of RMA numbers. The customer should print out an RMA form with an RMA number and return it along with the authorized RMA product.
3. Send back RMA products
After receiving the RMA number, the customer should send the repaired item to Beijing Xinming within seven working days, along with the RMA application/repair order and relevant courier documents, and mark the RMA number on the outer box.

1. The customer pays for the shipping and insurance.
2. If the customer has not applied for an RMA number in advance, the RMA application/repair form is unclear, or the RMA number is not marked according to regulations, the company has the right to return the product in its original packaging.
3. Please pack the returned products properly to avoid collision damage during transportation. If the packaging is chaotic, the company has the right not to accept it.
4. Please place the relevant documents (RMA Request Form/invoice/Packaging List) in the return box
5. After returning the product, please send it by email to jennywang@chipmark.cn )To facilitate tracking of shipments and shipping.

4. Received RMA product

After receiving the RMA product, the correctness of the product will be confirmed and the system will be archived, and relevant information will be notified to the customer.
5. Testing and maintenance

Xinming will conduct inspection and maintenance work, and return it within 14 working days after confirming its accuracy. Those who are unable to complete the task will be notified separately in advance.

(vi) RMA product return

After repair, the repaired items will be returned to the address provided by the customer on the RMA application/repair form.

(a) Our company bears the shipping cost and insurance.

(b) At the same time as receiving the repair item, the customer will also receive the accompanying repair document for verification.

(C) Products that exceed the warranty period are provided with paid repair services. If you choose to provide repair services, you will be charged the corresponding repair and parts fees to the customer. In addition, the required repair time depends on the number of days the parts are obtained. Please contact our sales personnel to obtain this service.
