Product warranty certification
1、 DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Within 30 days from the date of shipment, and after testing, it has been confirmed that the product cannot be turned on or displayed as a defective product.
2、 RMA (Return Merchant Authorization)

Defective products that exceed 30 days from the date of shipment and are within the warranty period of 24 months.

Warranty and service policies
1、 Scope of warranty
For all products produced and sold by our company, in accordance with the conditions and restrictions listed below, and during the warranty period, if there are material defects or functional damage under normal use, we will be responsible for assisting with free repair, update or replacement services.
2、 Exclusion scope
During the warranty period, we will not be responsible for providing free warranty services due to the following circumstances (including but not limited to).
1. Products not manufactured by our company.
2. Due to force majeure, natural disasters, or improper human operation, the product cannot be used.
3. Modify, repair, or disassemble products without authorization from our company.
4. Poor packaging causes damage during transportation for repair.
5. When the serial number label or tamper proof label is changed, damaged, or lost.
6. The product serial number does not match or is damaged or unclear.
If there are any of the above conditions, please do not send out RMA products for repair. We will not be responsible for repair or return.

3、 Service Policy

1. DOA products: Free new product exchange is provided, and the costs arising from returning and shipping the products to the client will be borne by our company

2. RMA products are within the warranty period and provide free repair services. The cost of RMA shipping will be borne by your client, and the cost of shipping RMA back to the client will be borne by our company

3. RMA products exceeding the warranty period: provide paid repair services. The costs incurred by MA shipping will be borne by your client, and the costs incurred by shipping RMA back to the client will also be borne by your client.

Product warranty service program description

1. Customers can complete the RMA application/repair form by sending an email, or follow the following steps to complete the repair application and fill in the information of the RMA product.

2. Click on the CHIPMARK application field to fill in complete information about the product, including model name, serial number, and description of the reason for the defect., Defective products should be delivered to Xinming within seven working days, and the RMASN number must be indicated on the outer box and all shipping documents, so that when receiving the RMA, it can be confirmed which RMA the goods belong to.

(a) Products returned by DOA should remain in their original packaging and have complete accessories. Otherwise, they will be processed as normal RMA products

(b) Please pack the returned products properly to avoid collision damage during transportation. If the packaging is chaotic, Antiinternational has the right not to accept it.

3. After receiving the returned product, we will confirm the internal and external damage of the product, provide relevant information to the customer, and repair and return it as soon as possible within 14 working days.
4. Products that exceed the warranty period have the right to be repaired based on the condition of the products and materials. If Antii International agrees to provide paid repair services, the repair time will depend on the condition of the materials.
